Main stages of scientific activity:
- At the beginning of 2000, Oleg Bazaluk offered the theoretical model of the evolution “Evolving Matter.” In the model, the new theory of evolution, which is based on the modern research of cosmology, geology, biology and neurosciences is formulated; the regularity formation of human mentality at scales of the Universe is shown. The large-scale argumentation of the model is expounded in the monographs: (in Russian language) The Universe: Living and Intelligent Matter (Dnepropetrovsk: Porogi, 2005); (in Russian language) Space Travels – Traveling Mentality (Kyiv: KNT, 2012); and (in Russian language) The Philosophical Problems of Cosmology (Kharkiv: NTU “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute,” 2013).
The modern vision of the model “Evolving Matter” was expounded in the monograph: (in Russian and English languages) The Theory of Evolution: from the Space Vacuum to Neural Ensembles and Moving Forward (Kyiv: ISPC, 2014; Newcastle upon Tyne: Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2016). - Since 2003, Oleg Bazaluk has started to investigate the modern world educational systems. He studied the models of education in universities of France, Germany, Austria, England, United States, Czech Republic, Russia, Belarus and China. On the basis of the developed model of evolution, he offered his vision of the Philosophy of Education. The author’s vision of the influence of educational process on evolving mentality and the features of development of cosmic (strategic, noospheric) views are expounded in the monograph: (in Russian language) The Philosophy of Education on Basis of the New Cosmological Concept (Textbook. Kyiv: Condor, 2010), and the philosophical prose (in Russian language) The Woman for Inspiration (Poltava: ASMІ, 2013).
- Since 2009, the author has begun to research the features of formation, development and manifestation of the human brain in long space travels. The results of these studies are expounded in the course of lectures: (in Russian language) Space Travels – Traveling Mentality (Kyiv: KNT, 2012).
- Since February 2014, since the beginning of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, the author started researching the ontology of war and peace. Using the results of empirical and theoretical research in the field of geophilosophy, as well as neuroscience, psychology, social philosophy and military history, the author developed the theory of war and peace. He has been developing a new theoretical basis for the European Security Strategy and World Security. The results of the studies were expounded in the book: (in Russian and English languages) The Theory of War and Peace: The Geophilosophy of Europe (Kyiv: ISPC, 2016; Newcastle upon Tyne: Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2017).
