Oleg Bazaluk

Oleg Bazaluk (February 5, 1968, Lozovaya, Kharkiv Region, Ukraine) is a Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, philosopher, political analyst and writer, and the author of one of the modern scientific theories of evolution, that of ‘Evolving Matter’. His research interests include interdisciplinary studies in the fields of neurobiology, psychology, philosophy, and cosmology. To date, he has published 19 books and over 150 articles.

He founded the International Society of Philosophy and Cosmology (ISPC) and the annual international project ‘Space Travels’. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journals Philosophy and Cosmology and Future Human Image.

Professor of Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky Hryhoriy Skovoroda State Pedagogical University (2000-2017).

Head of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law (2009-2013).

  • 2013 - Training in Embassy school (Brighton, United Kingdom).
  • On March 30, 2007 defended the doctoral dissertation on History of Philosophy: "The Existential-Philosophical Analysis of a Phenomenon of Life in the West European Philosophy at the end of XIX – the first half of XX." (Oles Gonchar Dnepropetrovsk National University).
  • 2003-2006. - Doctoral studies (Grigory Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).
  • On February 23, 2001 defended the candidate thesis on social philosophy: "The Crisis of System "Human-Nature" in the Conditions of Technogenic Civilization and a Way of its Overcoming" (Grigory Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).
  • From 1985 to 1989 was trained in Ordzhonikidze Military Command College, of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR (now the North Caucasian Military Institute of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia). Honors degree.

Main stages of scientific activity:

  • At the beginning of 2000 Oleg Bazaluk offered the scientific-philosophical theoretical model of the world evolution "Evolving Matter". In the model is stated the new theory of evolution of the world which is based on modern researches of cosmology, geology, biology and neurosciences; shown the regularity of human mentality formation in scales of the Universe.   • Since 2003 Oleg Bazaluk has started investigating the modern world models of educational systems. He studied the models of the education in universities of France, Germany, Austria, England, United States, Czech Republic, Russia, Belarus and China. On the basis of the developed model of evolution of the world he offered the vision of Philosophy of Education.
